Firefighters quickly extinguished a tractor trailer fire on the northbound ramp of I-95 in Midway Thursday afternoon. The fire began shortly after 2 p.m.  When firefighters arrived they encountered the cab of the vehicle fully engulfed in fire.  No one was injured, according to officials.  Fire units from Midway, Lake George and Riceboro responded. Midway police were also on hand to provide support.
