Do you agree with Hinesville’s ordinance that will ticket residents who leave poly carts at the curb too long?

If the idiotic city council passed ordinance is not repealed, then another paragraph should be added to require OMI to NOT place the poly-carts in the center of the sidewalk that will cause pedestrians to walk around them and walk on private property wherein if an injury occurs, it would put the land owner at risk of personal injury which would tie up our court system even more.

Smart move city council - the carts belong to the city and are on loan to the property owner for a fee. Any responsibility for the carts ultimately rests with the city.

Pass what you will, but, understand the US Constitution and a few Supreme Court decisions before you do.
