Would you feel comfortable flying a Confederate flag on your property?

Come on folks. I'm as Southern as the rest of you and have the Confederate soldier ancestor to prove it.
Blame the whack-a-doodles out there who hide behind that flag as an emblem of racism and hatred for this situation. Look at history: it was incorporated into states' flags by racist, hate-filled politicians who could not move past Reconstruction. Other than being displayed in museums and at historical events, the flag should remain what it is: a part of history. What we need to do is force groups like the Klan to stop using it and teach our fellow citizens to stop doing things like burning it AND our American flag. Look at the hatred that is coming out of ignorance and intolerance. Is THAT what you want this world to be?
