'Hell Fire and Glory' showing Saturday

Film on civil rights movement includes local icon, Henry Relaford

HINESVILLE, GA. – The Hinesville Area Arts Council (HAAC) is pleased to announce their participation in the free viewing of Hell Fire & Glory, a documentary by Shugalene Productions.

The film was produced and directed by Charlene R. Jones and features the lives of three men, all active in the civil rights movement. Locally, Henry Relaford (1920-2016) is included in the film, relating his experiences. Mr. Relaford’s family is excited to have the documentary shown at the Liberty County Performing Arts Center, 2140 E Oglethorpe Hwy in Flemington, on Saturday, October 7 beginning at 7 p.m. For more information, visit the website at www.hinesvillearts.com or find us on Facebook as Hinesville Area Arts Council.
