“I would like to thank Buddy Carter for the wonderful Trump tax cut and Trumpcare. I saw a whole $50 in my monthly paycheck and increase of $40 in my health insurance premium. Which gives me a whole $10. Maybe I can buy 4 gallons of gas with my tax cut.”

“Just 3 more days before the U.S. government shuts down again because they still have not passed a 2018 budget because they can’t get together on President Trumps wall. Approve his dumb wall on our Mexican border. Let him make a fool out of himself when they come across the border in tunnels a mile or so underground.”

“Had a chance to hear Lisa Ring, a candidate for the congressional seat in the 1st District, at the Ludowici library. What a great speaker and thoughtful in her approach to what is needed in the district. People should check out her website.”

“I want to know why the gifted students at Midway Middle School are allowed to take their iPad home, but the students who are not in the gifted program can’t take theirs home. Isn’t that discrimination? Parents should sue the BOE.”

“It is interesting, but more troubling, that Trump can release everything except his tax returns? More important, when you file your returns, you had better pay what you owe or be intimidated. How has he gone for years with an extended audit? People, please wake up! He is playing on your ignorance, especially if you are Southern and evangelical.”

“Our electoral system is the heart of the world’s most powerful democracy and now thanks to Russian actions our elected officials are locked in legal argument over the actions of the FBI and Justice Department. Our elected officials are at war with each other and the enemy never fired a shot.”
