Area members of the DAC who attended the state conference included Mrs. Stephen King Hart, chapter regent, Mrs. Joseph Whittle, Georgia state recording secretary, and Mrs. Mac Martin, Georgia state historian.
Members of the Saint John’s Parish Chapter “Daughters of the American Colonists,” recently attended the 73rd state assembly in Roswell, (l-r): Mrs. Stephen King Hart, chapter regent, Mrs. Joseph Whittle, Georgia state recording secretary, and Mrs. Mac Martin, Georgia state historian. The chapter was honored as the “Most Outstanding Chapter” in Georgia. Many of the members are from the Brunswick and St. Simons Island, according to Peggy Hart.
