Art show from collections
HAAC june Exhibit

The Hinesville Area Arts Council’s June art exhibit, “Inspirations Abound,” features the art from the HAAC board members’ private collections.

The exhibit will be installed by HAAC Chairwoman Leah Poole and include the work of Betty Grugin, Tarkay, Conni Togel and others.

“Our board members are very passionate about art, and this is a wonderful opportunity to share pieces of their collections with the community,” Poole said. “Each member has different tastes, so this exhibit will be unique in that it doesn’t focus on just one genre or medium.”

The exhibit will open with a free reception at the Gallery, 102 Commerce St., Hinesville, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. June 9. The Gallery is open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday-Friday.
