Layla Rianne Baxley was born at 10:10 p.m. July 18 to Jessie Sudakow, New York, and Jason Baxley of St. Petersburg, Florida.
Born at Liberty Regional Medical Center, baby Layla weighed 6 pounds, 11 ounces and measured 19 inches.
The baby is welcomed by maternal grandparents Lesa Brayton and James Congelo of Horse Shoe, North Carolina, and paternal grandparents Lisa and Robert Stephens of St. Petersburg.
She also is welcomed by sister Lillian.
