Four new volunteers for Atlantic Area Court Appointed Special Advocates were sworn in July 3.
The following individuals completed their mandated training and were sworn in by Judge Linnie L. Darden III: Ineshia Sellers, Lois Talbot, Dona Stuart and Sandra Brown
C.A.S.A. is a nonprofit organization in which citizen volunteers advocate for abused and neglected children. According to state law, a C.A.S.A. or Guardian Ad Litem should be appointed to each and every child who is found deprived by a juvenile judge.
