Brielle Janae’ Hale was born at 3:09 p.m. Sept. 30 to Britney Jeree Welch of Hinesville and Elijuwon Brandt Hale Sr. of Portsmouth, Ohio.
Born at Liberty Regional Medical Center, baby Brielle weighed 6 pounds, 10 ounces and measured 18.5 inches.
The baby’s maternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Larry D. Baker of Allenhurst. The baby’s paternal grandparents are Ms. Cheryl Greene and Mr. Brandt Holly of Richmond, Va.
The baby also is welcomed by brother Elijuwon Brandt Hale Jr.
