Cy’Bee Tequan Butler was born at 11:48 p.m. Nov. 21 to Claresa C. Humphrey of New York City and Michael A. Butler Jr. of San Antonio, Texas.
Born at Liberty Regional Medical Center, baby Cy’Bee weighed 6 pounds, 14.5 ounces and measured 19.5 inches.
The baby’s maternal grandparents are Gail Jeffrey and Eric Humphrey of Queens, N.Y. The baby’s paternal grandparents are Carolyn Taylor and Michael Butler Sr.
The baby also is welcomed by brothers Desmond Butler, D’Ante Butler and Mekaih Jeffrey-Butler.
