Janiel Jamal Peterson was born at 2:20 a.m. Feb. 8 to Henri’ and Ismail Peterson of Hinesville.

Born at Liberty Regional Medical Center, baby Janiel weighed 6 pounds, 8 ounces and measured 19 inches.

His paternal grandmother is Sharon Stumps of Hinesville. he is also welcomed by brothers, Ismail Jr. and Jayven Peterson.
