Lavayah Dy’Nae Ellawise Scott was born at 9:54 a.m. Dec. 4 to Tieyon Tigner of Hinesville and Lionell Scott of Glennville.

Born at Liberty Regional Medical Center, baby Lavayah weighed 7 pounds, 10 ounces and measured 20 inches.

She is also welcomed by sister Hannah Tigner and brother Damari Tigner.
