Born at Liberty Regional Medical Center, baby Lyla weighed 6 pounds, 9 ounces and measured 19 inches.

Her maternal grandmother is Alicia Barrett of Allenhurst. Her paternal grandmother is Geneieve Hines of Hinesville. She is also welcomed by a brother, Dwight "D.J." Hines Jr.
