Born at Liberty Regional Medical Center, baby Richard weighed 8 pounds, 12 ounces and measured 22 inches.
The baby is welcomed by maternal grandmother Rosalind Noah of Hinesville and paternal grandparents Daphne and Donald Wright of La Grange, Georgia.
