Born at Liberty Regional Medical Center, baby Silas weighed 7 pounds, 11 ounces and measured 20 inches.

His maternal grandparents are Randy and Shirley Coffman of Topeka, Kansas. His paternal grandparents are Fu-Chen and Su-Chi Cho of Taipei, Taiwan.
