Talia Marie Blakley was born at 10:13 p.m. Feb. 14 to Yolanda F. Besant and Cedric L. Blakley of Hinesville.

Born at Liberty Regional Medical Center, baby Talia weighed 9 pounds, 11 ounces and measured 20.5 inches.

She also is welcomed by sisters Tiara A. Besant and Tamia M. Blakley and brother Jah H. Besant.
