Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Erdman are proud to announce the engagement of their son Joseph Wesley Boyette to Karisa Ann Cope, daughter of Melissa and Gordon “Ross” Mims of Fort Pierce, Fla.
Joseph is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Boyette of Savannah and Mr. and Mrs. Christopher Witt of Rockford, Ill.
Karisa is the granddaughter of Jim and Peggy Varunm of Statesboro and Buddy and Sandra Smothers of Ocala, Fla.
Joseph attended Southeast Bulloch High School and is employed by Hutson Plumbing in Savannah.
Karisa is a 2010 graduate of Southeast Bulloch High School and is currently attending Ogeechee Technical College in Statesboro. She will graduate in August 2011.
