Here to serve Wayne Murphy, a senior water resource engineer with CH2M HILL in Atlanta, spoke during Tuesdays Rotary meeting. Murphy has been working with Liberty County to help the county update its water and sewer delivery strategy. The strategy was approved in November 2006.
