Members of Full Gospel Tabernacle and New Day Outreach Ministry churches gathered for a friendly kickball game Oct. 24 to raise money for Manna House of Liberty County. Manna House is a nonprofit organization that provides food and clothing assistance for more than 50 families each week. The church members were asked to collect food items to help stock the pantry for the holidays, which is usually a busy season. Many people stepped up to the plate and offered donations.
Full Tabernacle Pastor A.D. Shaw and New Day Outreach Ministry Pastor Richard D. Hayes presented a $200 donation and 15 boxes of food to Manna House Director Pastor Katrina Deason after the game.
