The Eleven Black Men of Liberty County will hold its 15th annual scholarship banquet at 6:15 p.m. March 28, at Club Stewart.
Daniel K. Wims, PhD, the executive vice president, vice president for academic affairs and professor of agricultural sciences at the Fort Valley State University, is this year’s speaker.
