Representatives of the Alee Shiners, recently present a certificate of appreciation to Flemington Mayor Sandra Martin. The 2017 Iron Butt Ride, a 24-hour, 1,000 mile fundraising motorcycle ride from Savannah to the Shriners Hospital for Children in Greenville, SC, raised more than $35,000 for the hospital to buy an imaging machine. Martin and the city of Flemington sponsored Eason and help support the Shiners hospital in its mission to provide free health care to all children who need it.
