Two Waldo Pafford Elementary School students have been chosen as state finalists in the National American Miss Georgia Pageant, which will be in July in Atlanta.

Sarah Faith Elizabeth Williams, 9, and Hope Gracelyn Jean Williams, 7, daughters of SFC Christopher and Sharon Williams, have been invited to the pageant.

In different age groups, they will be competing for cash prizes, pageant accouterments and the chance to compete in the national pageant at Disneyland in California.

Both girls are into soccer, cheerleading, swimming, dancing, singing and playing with their friends. Sarah also volunteers and is a member of the Reading Bowl team at Waldo Pafford.

Sara Faith also recently learned she was a winner in a KIDZ BOP’s Greatest Action Movie Ever: Scene 7 contest. A video she submitted won her several toys and playground equipment.
