Liberty County Administrator Joey Brown and Assistant Administrator Bob Sprinkel were the featured guests at the October meeting of the Goldenheirs. Brown and Sprinkel discussed projects and proposals for Hinesville and the county. County courthouse renovations are almost complete. Parking improvements and an east-end community complex were discussed as well. Other topics included countywide fire protection, a Liberty County library and a communications tower.
Goldenheirs is a senior group that meets each month at First Baptist Church in Hinesville.
