Hair stylist Patrick Lomantini will be in Savannah from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday at Marigold Beauty Concepts, 8412 Abercorn St. in Savannah providing haircuts for a minimum donation of $20 to benefit the Georgia Animal Rescue and Defence (GARD) in Pembroke.
Lomantini’s visit is part of a 50-State, 50-Day Tour to raise money for local animal charities.

GARD is a nonprofit animal charity and a licensed no-kill shelter funded entirely by private donations.  The shelter is open daily from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. and is closed Tuesdays and Thursdays.
