The Hi-Fidelity Civic Club hosted its annual holiday pageant on Dec.12, at Midway Middle School. The theme for the pageant was “Diamonds in the Stars.”
Five local middle school girls were contestants: Aeja Starr was crowned Miss Hi-Fidelity. Knilah Waters took fourth place as Miss Congeniality. Destiny Padilla was first runner up. Mia Campbell was second runner up and Miss Pink Rose. Zaria Williams was third runner up.
The Hi-Fidelity Civic Club members expressed gratitude for the parents, sponsors and supporters who helped to make this event possible. The club was, chartered in 1955, has made numerous contributions to Liberty County with money raised by the pageant, including college scholarships, charitable donations and special programs.
