Holbrook Pond Recreation Area will glow with Christmas decorations to delight children and adults alike during the Ho Ho Holbrook Festival of Lights from 5:30-8:30 p.m. Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
The festival has all the ingredients for family fun: roasting marshmallows and making s’mores, time for the children to share their Christmas wishes and have their photos taken with Santa, 26 holiday scenes that light up the campground trail for the 15 to 20-minute hayrides, the kiddie train and more.
The cost is $8 per car on Thursday and $10 per car Friday and Saturday. Cash only, please.
Can’t be there for the festival? Motorists are welcome to ride through the Holbrook area to see the decorations at no charge from Dec. 14-26 from 6-9:30 p.m.

Teen Wonderland
Enjoy a night of music, dance and fun sponsored by "TRU" Keystone Club from 7-10 p.m. Friday at the Youth Activities Center, behind Diamond Elementary.
There’ll be a live DJ, light refreshments, several games and prizes. Come dressed to impress. Free for CYSS members. There’s a nominal charge for others. For more information, call 767-4491.

Christmas crafts
Bring the family for Christmas craft fun at George P. Hays Library from 10 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Saturday. Crafts vary, supplies limited. There is no charge. For more information, call 767-2828.

Bowl with Santa
You’re invited to Bowl with Santa from 2-5 p.m. Dec. 15 at Marne Bowling Center. Kids (18 and younger) receive a gift and can bowl for $1 per game. Bring your camera for photo opportunities with Santa. For more information, call 767-4866.

Single-parent bounce fun
Bring the kids to the Family Fun Center for some bounce fun for ages 0-9 from 3-8 p.m. Dec. 19. Cost is $1 per child. For more information, call 767-4273.

Dinner and bowling
Families are invited to discounts on dinner and bowling from noon-8 p.m. Dec. 28 at Stewart Bowling Center. For $30, your family of five gets two games per person, shoe rental and dinner. For more information, call 767-4273.

New Year's Corkan
Corkan Family Recreation Area staff will thank all loyal customers with a great afternoon from 3-7 p.m. Dec. 31. Prices will be discounted before all those New Year's Eve parties: bowling/shoe rental $1.50 each, roller skating and laser tag games $3 each, treehouse admission $1.50 and bounce house play and mini-golf $1 each.
At 7 p.m., Corkan will celebrate the passing of 2014 and welcome 2015.

New Year’s Eve
Welcome 2015 with friends or someone special during the New Year's Eve Party at Club Stewart from 9 p.m.-1 a.m.
The evening features a rhythm-and-blues band, midnight champagne toast, party hats and favors and a balloon drop. The cost is $25 per person.
The party is open to active duty, retirees and civilians.
To help you celebrate responsibly, taxi telephone numbers will be posted and the Tow-2-Go program will be available.

Daytona 500 tickets
Sales of Daytona 500 tickets are under way at the Stewart/Hunter Leisure Travel Offices. Prices vary depending on seats.
Tickets are available for the Budweiser Duel and Sprint Fanzone Race on Feb. 19; the Daytona 300 Xfinity Race and Sprint Fanzone Race on Feb. 21 and the Daytona 500 and Sprint Fanzone Race on Feb. 22.
