Douglas Foxx, Events Chair for the Liberty County Democratic Executive Committee announced a Fish Fry, Raffle & Voter Registration Drive on Oct. 7, 2017. The family friendly event will held from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm on Saturday at Stafford Pavilion, 607 West Oglethorpe Highway (Hwy 84), Hinesville, Georgia.

The cost is a minimum donation of $2.

Please Join Us for this family-friendly event! Children must be accompanied by an adult. There will be fried fish, hot dogs and beverages.

Minimum Donation includes one of the below:

One raffle ticket and food.

Raffle Ticket Options: $2 (gift or gas card) or $5 (bicycle), Must Be Present To Win.

Donations of any amount are accepted. Make Checks Payable to: Liberty County Democratic Executive Committee. 

Events for the day include:

Voter Registration Drive (open to all)

Raffles ($25 Gift Card, $25 Gas Card & Bicycle)

Meet & Greet with local city (all municipalities) and county Democratic candidates, officials and other statewide candidates.

Confirmed speakers and candidates schedules are State Representative Al Williams, Honorable Melinda Anderson, Honorable Nancy Aspinwald, Liberty County Sheriff Steve Sikes, Mrs. Lisa Ring (candidate for U.S. House of Representatives, 1st Congressional District of GA.), Mr. Otha Thornton (candidate for GA State School Superintendent), LCBOE candidates, City of Midway candidates, and others. All Democrats and Democratic Party candidates (local & state) are invited to attend!

All candidates should send a Facebook or email message if you plan to attend with your name and the political office you are seeking. Candidates may bring handouts to be placed on a table for all attendees.
