Liberty Coastal Lions Club President Lil Shurtleff recently delivered 10 muslin dolls to Chief Kelly Morningstar of the Midway Police Department. The dolls were made by St. Philip’s Episcopal Church Women of Hinesville. The dolls do not have any features, allowing children to create their own doll. These dolls will be placed in the Midway Police Department vehicles and used when children are involved in an accident or any incident.
