Babies Can't Wait funding comments sought

ATLANTA — The Georgia Department of Human Resources Division of Public Health invites the public to participate in a 60-day review of Babies Can’t Wait, a statewide early intervention system for infants and toddlers with special needs and their families.
DHR has developed a new federal grant application for BCW that will be effective July 1, pending approval. The review period is scheduled to run until May 20. Those who are interested may view the grant application online at http://health.state.ga.us or at BCW offices throughout the state.
Liberty and Long counties’ program is operated through the public health offices through the Coastal Health District. It’s main office is in Savannah, phone toll-free (866) 647-0010.
The public can provide feedback until April 21 in three ways:
