Curves of Hinesville recently announced it is offering Curves Workouts with Jillian Michaels. The cutting-edge total-body workouts pair the Curves circuit strength-training machines with functional body-weight-based exercises that Michaels said will ramp up metabolism and transform physiques.
Michaels, a nationally renowned health-and-wellness expert, said the workouts boost intensity, build strength, burn fat and prevent plateaus. The routines are designed for women at every fitness level and include simple modifications for each movement.
During 30-minute classes, metabolic-conditioning exercises will be done between repetitions on each strength machine in the Curves circuit. Demonstrations of the workouts will be shown on large-screen TVs in the gyms, and a trained Curves coach will oversee every class to ensure safety and effectiveness. Class times will vary by location, and the workouts will be updated frequently with new functional moves introduced each month throughout 2014.
“I am so thrilled to be partnered with Curves to provide women with the tools necessary to take control of their health,” Michaels said. “Curves is everywhere, so now my program is accessible, effective and affordable. The workouts I’ve developed with Curves incorporate the most innovative, state-of-the-art fitness techniques to build lean muscle, amp up metabolism and kick-start weight loss. Combined with the power of the Curves circuit with a trained coach, women will get the results they want.”
“We are excited to offer our members these new cutting-edge workouts. By amplifying our Curves circuit with Jillian’s innovative workouts, along with a trained coach for everyone, we are very confident our members will get off to a healthy start in 2014,” Curves of Hinesville owner DeLisa Espada said. “We invite women in Hinesville to come by for a free consultation and to learn more about this innovative program to kick start weight loss.”
