The Alpha Omicron Chapter of Alpha Delta Kappa hosted its end-of-the-year banquet May 21 at Captain Joe’s in Midway. The chapter honored Heather Garrido, who just completed her student teaching at Button Gwinnett Elementary School. Garrido was honored as the winner of the 2007 Alpha Omicron Student Teacher Scholarship.
