Hinesville resident Debra Ayers Brown has a story published in the recently released book “Chicken Soup for the Soul: I Can’t Believe My Cat Did That!”

Brown’s story, “Friends After All,” is about Elizabeth Atwater, whose cat Bandit steals a kitten from a neighbor’s litter and how Bandit becomes protective of it.

Brown has received numerous project, design and writing awards. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Georgia, earned her Master of Business Administration from The Citadel, and recently was included in the Stanford Who’s Who. Her website is DebraAyersBrown.com.
