Goldenheirs guest speaker for the February meeting was Dr. Ben Heygood, who talked about senior citizens and their problems, the biggest being loneliness.
He said seniors should keep up an active life as long as possible to help relieve loneliness.
Heygood is an administrator at the Baptist Village at Waycross.
