Government at all levels all across this country has forgotten its purpose — to serve the people, the citizens, the taxpayers, the hungry, homeless, unemployed and the voters. Government has also forgotten to appreciate their workers, soldiers, teachers, law enforcement, all public-service workers. Things are out of balance in this country.
We need some help in the Ridgewood Subdivision. We have more than one roadside basketball hoop set up in the 800 block of Ridgewood Way. These basketball games bring traffic to a halt until their play has ended. The youth make obscenities at the cars passing and they interrupt traffic for the working people who are coming and going.
The debt ceiling’s not the problem. The problem is that we’ve got too many people in higher places, like Boehner, who didn’t realize that we were going to have a black president. It doesn’t matter what Obama comes up with, Boehner is going to go against it and find another reason not to raise the debt ceiling.
I would like to commend Fort Stewart for their animal-protection laws and for enforcing them. If the surrounding counties would adopt these polices, perhaps we would not have the animal neglect and abandonment at the level we do. Such a shame.
Live Oak trailer park needs more police protection from speeders and everything like that.
The Liberty County Transit bus needs to come down 196 to Airport Road because the people who are working down there and have no vehicles need to catch it and go into Hinesville.
OK Mr. President, pull the troops out of Afghanistan ASAP. Bring them home.
