The city of Walthourville would like its citizens to know that the city is working on getting the trailer park up to date with all of the stickers that are necessary. The city is aware of it and currently working on the problem.

The social welfare program in this country is just out of control. I work for my money, and I don’t wait around for someone else to support me. You cannot legislate the poor into prosperity by legislating the wealth out of prosperity. When people get the idea that they don’t have to work because the other half will take care of them and the other half get the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they worked for, this is the beginning of the end of any nation, and we are well down that road.

I used to get my mail at noon, and now I don’t get it until 3 p.m. I don’t understand what’s going on.

Please Kroger, put up a deluxe Kroger down on 84 in Midway, Georgia. Then the people won’t have to go to Hinesville or Richmond Hill.

If we are not supposed to use the turning lanes as merge lanes, then the city needs to install traffic lights along 84, 196 and Screven.

Why should a teacher have to call you and tell you that your child is failing? As a parent, you should look at the report card in order to know if your child is struggling. If you had noticed that, you would have saved $100. You could have stepped in and done something before they had to retake the course.
