Here are some of the issues that area residents are discussing. The statements were phoned in anonymously, so the Courier does not vouch for their veracity, nor do we know what motivated the callers:

 

The county commissioner upset about his son getting a ticket, that’s just law enforcement, that’s the county representative of your people. He believes you can get a little bit pregnant. So it’s OK to break the law just a little bit.

The police department enforces the stop sign at Inwood and Madison and the residents appreciate it. One neighbor has already been wiped out by someone who didn’t even look. Of course it was just a rolling stop.

You should get this straight. When Don Martin and I went to Bradwell Institute we were the Bradwell Lions, not the Tigers.

I really wonder what is happening with the board of education in this town when the only project approved is for Ombudsman kids who are in there for a reason. Good kids don’t have no benefits.
