3rd Class Citizens will perform Friday and Saturday in Hinesville.

The band — Blaine Bunting, Ashley Sands, Robbie Sauls and Jason Stewart — will also play in Baxley on Saturday evening. Their shows this weekend will be at 8:30 p.m. Friday at the Hinesville VFW Post on Highway 196 West. On Saturday, from 2-5 p.m., they will play outside the VFW for a “School’s Out!” celebration for all ages. Saturday evening 3CC will play in the Appling County War Veterans Hall.

They have opened for Nashville singer/songwriter Cody Walden, played in Macon with Hott with Harry Leggs and played many gigs throughout Georgia.

The band plays country, rock and originals. The group has three lead singers: Bunting, Sauls and Sands. And drummer Stewart comes out front to sing a few songs when Mike Talley, who plays drums and acoustic guitar, can sit in.

On May 12, 3CC recorded three original songs at Elevated Basement Studio. A music video is in the works for one of their originals. Auditions for parts in the video will be announced soon.
