Canoe excursions down the Altahama River will start at 9 a.m. Saturday, May 26, in the Fort King George Historic Site museum in Darien.

The four-hour trip will run from Miller Lake to Barrington Lake. Canoes, paddles and life jackets are included. Cost is $35 per person. Reservations are required.
