Fashion show helps Ronald McDonald Houses
Placeholder Image
A mother/daughter spring fashion show will be held from 3-5 p.m. on Sunday, April 27, in the McDonald's next to the Publix in Richmond Hill.
Fashions for the show will be provided by three local entrepreneurs: Lori Fisher will showcase children's clothing from The Enchanted Unicorn; Deborah Hollowell will show her line of women's clothing from the Weekenders/Joy mix and match collections; and Beverly Kullman will show her line of handbags and jewelry that are sold at Keller's Flea Market.
Show items will be donated to a silent auction and proceeds will go to the Ronald McDonald House Charities. The Ronald Family Room program extends the comfort of a Ronald McDonald House to a hospital setting. Typically located just steps from the neonatal or pediatric intensive care units, the room provides a place to escape the tension of the hospital.
