This is the first official year for Liberty Fest. The events and festivities this year will provide family fun and entertainment for all ages. There will be several tournaments and races throughout the weekend with plenty of food, wine and beer available for sale. Come out and join the fun and festivities at the first annual Liberty Fest celebration Friday and Saturday.
Friday's event will be at Bradwell Park from 6-9 p.m. and Saturday's event will be in Sunbury with free shuttle from the parking area.
Schedule of Events

July 20 at Bradwell Park in downtown Hinesville
Event is from 6-10 p.m.
Admission is $5, children three and under free
Buy a two-day pass for admission for $10
Taste of liberty: Local eateries will offer sample of their foods.
Live broadcast by Dixon and Dooley of KIX 96.5 FM Savannah's leading country station.
Street dance with music provided by DJ Dooley.
Open show for cars and motorcycles, prizes to be awarded in different categories.

Gates open at 10 a.m.
Admission $5, children under three free
Parking will be marked just east of I-95 on the left side of the road and you will be shuttled to and from event.

Activities includes kiddie rides, inflatable bounce houses, kiddie crabbing contest, dunking booth, sand art, face painting tattoos, airbrush artist, kayaking, flight simulator, period re-enactments, and more. Saturday's fishing tournament offers a top prize of $500.
