TYBEE ISLAND - There's no need to travel all the way to the Big Easy when on March 4-5, 2011 Tybeefest is presenting the 3rd Annual Mardi Gras Tybee celebration.

Friday March 4, Masquerade Ball
Wear your Mardi Gras best and join the fun at this much anticipated kickoff to the Mardi Gras Tybee weekend. Mardi king and queen costume contest, Zydeco music by Dikki Du and the Zydeco Krewe at 9 p.m. and of course great food and cocktails.

Time: 8-midnight

Saturday March 5, Tybee Bazaar Marketplace
