The Telfair Museum of Art will hold a Military Appreciation Day on Saturday, June 28 from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. In recognition of the tremendous sacrifices military personnel and their families make for our country every day, the Telfair would like to offer a small token of gratitude by hosting a special celebration in their honor. During this day of food, activities and fine art, service members - including veterans - and their immediate families will be granted free admission to each of the Telfair's three sites - the Telfair Academy, the Owens-Thomas House and the Jepson Center for the Arts. Please bring military or veteran ID.

Hamburgers, hotdogs, chips, beverages and Krispy Kreme doughnuts will be served from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. or while supplies last.

It is comprised of two National Historic Landmark Buildings - the Telfair Academy of Arts and Sciences and the Owens-Thomas House - and the contemporary Jepson Center for the Arts. With three unique buildings housing three distinct collections, the Telfair bridges three centuries of art and architecture.
