NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Country music star Trace Adkins will perform a free concert with special musical guest Ashanti on Fort Stewart’s Donovan Field Friday, July 3.
The event will honor the military and their families and is part of the post’s Fourth of July celebration. Doors open at 5 p.m. and Adkins performs at 8:30 p.m. For more information, visit www.stewartmwr.com
Considered to be one of the hardest-working men in show business, Adkins is one of the most in-demand artists today. He is a seasoned performer who consistently sells out and his hard-driving stage show is chalked full of hits, including light-hearted romps like “This Ain’t No Thinkin’ Thing,” “Honky Tonk Badonkadonk,” “Hot Mama,” “Ladies Love Country Boys,” to the emotionally charged ballads “I’m Tryin’,” “Arlington,” and his 2008 monster hit, “You’re Gonna Miss This.”  The Grammy-nominated singer instantly energizes his audience the minute he steps on the stage and always leaves them wanting more.
