Trick-or-treating hours recommended in the city

The Hinesville City Council last week voted to recommend trick-or-treating hours in the city of 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 31.

Traditionally, rural areas of the county follow the city’s example and Fort Stewart sets the same hours.
