The Liberty County Convention and Visitors Bureau will host twin chefs Jonathan and Matthew Burgess, founders of Burgess Brothers’ Burgers & More out of Sacramento, California, on the next Southern Cooks LIVE.

The show will be streamed at 3 p.m. Nov. 3 on LCCVB’s Facebook page, @explorelibertycounty.

The Burgess brothers have been featured on the Pickler and Ben show on CMT, the Home Shopping Network, Food Network and many other television stations. Their products are sold in stores nationwide, and on their website.

The Burgesses will make a traditional Southern comfort meal, chicken and waffles. The "Churwaffle" will be making its debut at Liberty County at the historic Bacon-Fraser house.

The community is invited to watch and learn their spin on this Southern meal, and meet the men who are bringing it to the public.

Southern Cooks LIVE is streamed once a month, but stays on the site.

Leah Poole, Liberty County Chamber/CVB CEO, said, "We can’t wait to try the food."

Anyone interested in being a guest should call the LCCVB at 912-368-3580. Watch past videos and get the recipes at LCCVB’s Facebook page as @explorelibertycounty.
