District 5 Commissioner Gary Gilliard recently was the guest speaker to a group of senior citizens in Walthourville to discuss SPLOST. Gilliard was invited by Walthourville Mayor Daisy Pray. “They asked some interesting questions and kept me on my toes, but I enjoyed my visit with them,” Gilliard said.
