The Hinesville Area Arts Council will host an art exhibit, Youthful Musings, for September.

The exhibit will feature the drawing portfolio of local artist Jacob Allen.  

“In art, you can never make mistakes because it could be the best one you ever made,” Allen said.

The community is invited to view the exhibit at the council’s Gallery, 102 Commerce St., Hinesville, through the month. It will open with a free reception 5:30-7 p.m. on Sept. 7. Other days, the Gallery is open Monday-Wednesday and Fridays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., and 4-7 p.m. Thursdays.
