Georgia College

The following students completed courses with exemplary marks and made the 2019 fall President’s List at Georgia College in Milledgeville, Georgia.

Georgia College, the state’s designated public liberal arts university, combines the educational experience expected at esteemed private liberal arts colleges with the affordability of public higher education.


Troy University

 Jordan Dube of Fort Stewart has been named to the Provost’s List at Troy University for the Fall Semester/Term 2 of the 2019/2020 academic year.

The Provost’s List honors full-time undergraduate students who are registered for at least 12 semester hours and who have a grade point average of at least 3.65. 


Austin Peay

Austin Peay State University congratulates Sarah Faith Williams of Midway on being offered both the Achievement and Provost Out-of-State Scholarships for high-achieving freshmen for the Fall 2020 semester.

The Achievement Scholarships are for freshman students who have a 3.7 GPA and 23 ACT or 1130 SAT.

Additionally, out-of-state students meeting the criteria of a 3.0 GPA and a 21 ACT or 1060 SAT qualify for a Provost Out-of-State Scholarship.


Valdosta State

Valdosta State University is proud to announce its Fall 2019 Dean’s List. Students who achieve a semester grade point average of 3.50 or higher on nine or more semester hours with an institutional grade point average of 3.00 or higher are recognized by being placed on the Dean’s List. Developmental studies, transient, and graduate students are not eligible for Dean’s List status.

North Georgia

William Sterling Scaggs of Hinesville, GA, has been named to the President’s Honor Roll at the University of North Georgia (UNG) for achieving a 4.0 grade point average during fall 2019.

Dr. Bonita C. Jacobs, president of UNG, recognized students who reached this academic achievement during the fall 2019 semester. Students enrolled in 12 or more credit hours in bachelor’s degree programs who achieved a 4.0 grade point average were named to the President’s Honor Roll. Students enrolled in associate degree programs who met the same level of achievement were named to the President’s List.


GSWSU

Levi Moody, a resident of Hinesville, made the Fall 2019 Academic Achievement List at Georgia Southwestern State University and was among 582 students recognized for scholastic achievement.

To be eligible for the Academic Achievement List, a student must previously earn at least 12 credit hours at GSW, be enrolled in 3 to 11 hours of courses, and earn a 3.5 or higher GPA.


Angelo State 

Lauryn Alexis Banks, Social Work major from Midway has been named to the Dean’s List for the 2019 fall semester at Angelo State University in San Angelo, Texas.

To be eligible for the ASU Dean’s List, full-time undergraduate students must maintain at least a 3.25 grade point average (GPA) on a 4.0 scale.
