Air show coming together

What: Salute the Troops Air Show 2008 features performers such as the F15 West Coast Demo Team, The USAF Heritage Flight program, The Aeroshell Aerobatic Team and many others.

Why: The show is in honor of the 3rd ID soldiers returning home from Iraq.

When: Saturday-Sunday, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. daily

Where: MidCoast Regional Airport at Wright Army Airfield on Fort Stewart. Parking will be available at Donovan Field on Fort Stewart and transportation will be provided from Donovan Field to the air show.

Who: The show is made possible by Fort Stewart and the MidCoast Regional Airport at Wright Army Airfield.

Cost: General admission tickets are $12, military tickets are $10, and children under 10 are admitted free. Tickets can be purchased at the show, online, or at many participating Heritage Bank locations.
